Turn strategy into live campaigns—fast.
We launch funnels every month, run aggressive paid campaigns, and scale faster than most teams can keep up with. This role takes wireframes, templates, and creative assets and gets campaigns live—quickly and accurately. This is not a strategy role. It is a precision execution role for someone who thrives under pressure, stays obsessively organized, and treats launch-day errors as personally unacceptable.
Here’s how the job qualifications align with your profile.

The Uncommon Business is an AI-first education company teaching business leaders to architect intelligent systems, not just prompt tools. We don't do busywork, legacy thinking, or 80-hour founder weeks. We build companies where AI handles the repeatable, humans drive the irreplaceable, and leaders scale without burning out. We're profitable, EOS-driven, and operate in championship-level surge cycles. You'll be promoted on impact and ownership—not tenure. High performers thrive here. Passengers don't last.
You might have:
Used our AI prompt generator and Nano Banana to produce 15+ ad creative variations, refined them in Canva, and had the full batch ready for the Director to review before lunch.
Built and launched a complete sales funnel in HighLevel from wireframe to live in under 48 hours, coordinating copy and design handoffs to hit a hard launch deadline.
Loaded 30+ ad variations across Meta and Google Ads with zero errors, confirming every tracking pixel fired correctly before the Director approved spend.
Created product mockups for a new mini-offer using AI tools, then dropped them into the funnel and sales page templates—no designer needed, no ticket submitted.
QA'd an entire funnel end-to-end and caught three broken mobile form fields and a misrouted thank-you page before anything went live.
Pulled and formatted the weekly performance report so the Director of Paid Media could make same-day optimization calls without chasing data.
We value ownership over task lists. Here's where you'll lead:
Creative Asset Execution: You are the hands behind our visual output. Using AI image generation tools, Canva, and our internal prompt library, you produce ad creatives, product mockups, funnel graphics, and branded assets at speed. You have a strong design eye—you know when something looks off, and you fix it without being told. You don't need to be a traditional graphic designer, but you need to think like one and leverage AI to execute like one.
Paid Media Loading & Campaign Setup: Build campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms based on direction from the Director of Paid Media. You ensure correct structure, tracking, naming conventions, creative formatting, and platform specs—shipping fast without introducing costly errors.
Funnel Execution & Customization: Turn wireframes and templates into live, high-converting funnels in HighLevel. You own the build—editing copy, swapping images, configuring forms, and ensuring flawless functionality across desktop and mobile so campaigns launch on schedule with zero rework.
Quality Assurance & Pre-Launch Testing: You are the last line of defense before anything goes live. Every link, every form, every tracking pixel, every mobile breakpoint gets tested and verified. You treat a missed error like lost revenue—because it is.
Data Collection & Reporting: Pull performance data from ad platforms and funnels, maintain clean dashboards, and deliver weekly reports that surface insights—not just numbers. Your reports enable fast decisions from leadership without follow-up questions.
Real-Time Optimization Support: During live launch windows and split tests, you implement rapid changes—headline swaps, CTA updates, image rotations, creative refreshes—at the speed of feedback with minimal oversight.
We hire humans, not checklists, but success here requires:
You have a strong visual eye and understand what makes creative convert. You may not be a traditional designer, but you know good design from bad, and you can use AI tools to close the gap fast.
You've managed high-volume digital execution where mistakes cost real money, and you've built personal systems to stay fast and accurate under pressure.
You're platform-fluent and learn tools quickly. HighLevel experience is a plus, but not required if you've built in ClickFunnels, Kartra, or similar—you pick up new tech in days, not weeks. Same goes for AI creative tools—if you haven't used Nano Banana or Midjourney, that's fine, but you'd better be the type who figures it out by Friday.
You think in systems, not tasks. You document, standardize, and remove bottlenecks so the next campaign launches even faster than the last.
You default to ownership and initiative—you fix what's broken and flag risks early with solutions attached, not just problems surfaced.
You use AI as a force multiplier. You're already using AI tools to move faster, eliminate repetitive work, and produce better output—not waiting for someone to teach you.
You own these key metrics:
Creative Turnaround: Produce review-ready ad creative batches (10+ variations) within 24 hours of receiving direction, using AI tools and internal templates.
Funnel Launch Velocity: Ship 1+ fully functional, QA'd funnels per month with zero launch-day errors.
Ad Load Accuracy: Maintain 100% error-free ad loading with correct tracking, creative specs, and naming conventions.
Turnaround Speed: Complete funnel edits and ad loads within 24–48 hours of receiving final assets and direction.
QA Standard: Catch and resolve 100% of major issues before anything goes live.
Reporting Consistency: Deliver clean weekly performance reports that enable same-day optimization decisions with no follow-up needed.
Must be flexible and available for additional hours and weekend work during launch seasons, product releases, or critical business periods when the situation requires it. We operate in championship-season cycles twice per year—these are high-intensity windows where the entire team rallies to deliver exceptional results. Outside these periods, workload is sustainable and focused on building systems for the next surge.
While this role is fully remote and location-flexible, you'll need to maintain work hours that significantly overlap with our team's Central Standard Time (CST) schedule to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Base Salary: TBD
Structure: 90-day contractor trial (full-time engagement) → W2 employee for top performers
We Invest in Your Performance, Not Just Perks
Health & Wellness: Monthly wellness stipend + access to personalized and group wellness coaching to sustain high performance
Professional Growth: $1,500–$3,000 annual development budget for courses, certifications, and tools that sharpen your edge
Work Your Way: Coworking membership allowance OR home office setup budget—you choose what maximizes your focus
Unlimited PTO: Real flexibility with clear boundaries—we operate in championship seasons (launch intensity) and strategic recovery periods (sustainable pace)
Full Remote Setup: MacBook, external monitor, desk equipment—we equip you to do your best work
True Downtime: Company-wide closure December 25–January 1 so you can fully disconnect
We're not trying to be Google. We're building a championship team that operates at the highest level during launch seasons and recovers like pros in between.
Qualified candidates will complete a paid test project to demonstrate design skills and ability to adapt to TUB's brand guidelines. This helps us assess fit before moving forward—and gives you a real sense of the work.
