Who We Are

The Uncommon Business is the world's fastest-growing AI-first education company, teaching business leaders to architect intelligent systems, not just prompt tools. We don't do busywork, legacy thinking, or 80-hour founder weeks. We build companies where AI handles the repeatable, humans drive the irreplaceable, and leaders scale without burning out. We're profitable, EOS-driven, and operate in championship-level surge cycles. You'll be promoted on impact and ownership—not tenure. High performers thrive here. Passengers don't last.

If You Worked Here Last Week

You might have:

  • Co-led a $2.5M launch across 3,500+ participants, managing bootcamp→masterclass→enrollment sequences that hit conversion targets in real time.

  • Diagnosed a $47K Week-3 revenue dip through cohort analysis, pinpointed a show-up rate issue, and recovered the loss within 48 hours.

  • Directed 40+ launch assets (emails, social posts, affiliate content), ensuring messaging consistency and conversion alignment.

  • Partnered with Paid Media to reallocate $30K to retargeting, improving ROAS from 2.1x to 3.4x.

  • Built the Spring 2025 Launch Playbook in Notion — documenting every system so future hires can execute with clarity.

Your Core Responsibilities

We value ownership over task lists. Here’s where you’ll lead:

  • Launch Marketing Leadership: Own all marketing channels (content, email, social, affiliates) during biannual A2A launches driving 300+ enrollments at $7,997 each.

  • Marketing Analytics: Build attribution, cohort, and performance dashboards to diagnose problems and drive data-backed optimization.

  • Content + Email Systems: Architect high-performing funnels across A2A, Uncommon Leaders, and Superhuman Plus to hit $10M annual revenue.

  • Marketing Infrastructure: Create repeatable systems and playbooks so launches run smarter and faster every time.

  • Affiliate Performance: Lead 12+ partner campaigns contributing 20–30% of launch revenue with precise tracking and alignment.

The Traits We’re Calling In

(Defined like a world-class recruiter — outcome + behavior based)

  • You’ve led full-funnel marketing launches or cohorts generating $1M+ in revenue with measurable conversions at every stage.

  • You blend data rigor + creative intuition — optimizing with evidence, not ego.

  • You think in systems and frameworks, documenting what works so others can scale it.

  • You thrive in championship-season intensity — making fast, confident decisions under pressure.

  • You default to AI-first thinking, solving operational challenges through automation before adding people.

What Success Looks Like

  • A2A Launch Performance: A2A Launch Performance: Hit or exceed launch revenue targets (typically $2M+ per launch) with enrollment numbers at 300+ per cohort while maintaining or improving conversion rates across all funnel stages from bootcamp registration through final purchase.

  • Evergreen Growth: Drive monthly recurring revenue from Superhuman Plus and generate consistent UCL new member enrollments while scaling paid acquisition and maintaining CAC at ≤25% of LTV across all revenue streams.

  • Activation Excellence: Ensure ≥90% of new clients log in within 48 hours of purchase, achieve ≥50% show-up rates for bootcamps and Week 1 live trainings, and deliver ≥80% of clients completing Week 1 orientation and first assignment for clean handoff to Student Success.

  • System Documentation: Build and maintain the Marketing Playbook in Notion with every launch funnel, email sequence, and conversion benchmark documented so future team members can execute independently within 30 days of onboarding.

Launch Season Expectations

  • Our launch seasons are intentionally high-intensity and fast-paced to drive transformation for our clients and our team. Twice per year (10-12 weeks total), team members in launch-critical roles are expected to be available from 7 AM to 7 PM, with additional hours often required for preparation, execution, live event support, and post-launch debriefs.

  • This pace is not for everyone—and that's okay. We set this expectation clearly so that only those who thrive in high-accountability, high-impact environments choose to be here.

  • In return, you'll be part of a team that moves fast, solves real problems, and builds meaningful outcomes. You'll grow rapidly, work alongside exceptional talent, and contribute to work that truly matters. Outside launch seasons, workload is sustainable and strategic—focused on building the systems that make the next launch even stronger.
