Launch Copy That Converts: You'll write the email sequences, sales pages, webinar registration flows, and ad copy that drive $2.5M launches twice per year. You own 30-40% open rates, 8-12% click-through rates, and the strategic narrative that turns cold traffic into $7,997 buyers—working with the Director of Marketing to track attribution and optimize every touchpoint.
Evergreen Revenue Engines: You'll create and optimize email sequences for Superhuman Work, the SLO lead generation campaign, and Uncommon Leaders nurture flows. These evergreen funnels maintain 30-40% opens and 5-8% CTR while converting leads into customers and customers into community members without constant manual intervention.
Weekly Newsletter Engagement: You'll write thought leadership content that keeps our audience warm, engaged, and connected to TUB's mission. You'll maintain 30-40% open rates and 5-8% CTR while reinforcing brand positioning and community identity through consistent, high-quality storytelling.
Paid Ad Copy & Collaboration: You'll write ad headlines, hooks, body copy, and CTAs for Meta, YouTube, and affiliate campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with the Web & Conversion Designer to ensure messaging and creative work together — sometimes you lead strategy, sometimes you support their vision, but the goal is always scroll-stopping ads that convert.
AI-Enhanced Writing Systems: You'll use and continuously improve our Claude Projects (custom AI frameworks) to accelerate draft creation, maintain brand voice consistency, and document what works so future campaigns build on proven frameworks instead of starting from scratch every time. You'll deliver copy 7+ days before launch deadlines with minimal revision cycles so the team can execute with confidence.

Copy Execution Velocity: All launch copy assets delivered 7+ days pre-launch with fewer than 2 revision cycles, enabling the team to focus on execution instead of last-minute content creation.
Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible and available for additional hours and weekend work during launch seasons, product releases, or critical business periods when the situation requires it. We operate in championship-season cycles twice per year—these are high-intensity windows where the entire team rallies to deliver exceptional results. Outside these periods, workload is sustainable and focused on building systems for the next surge.
Rate: $60K-$85K annualized (25-30 hrs/week)
Structure: 90-day contractor period with transition to W2. Potential to grow to full-time based on business needs and performance. Once Full time, the following benefits are available:
